Ray is directing the winter workshop of For Which it Stands (working title). He is an Indo-Caribbean, Brooklyn based producer, performer & public artist. He is the Founding Artistic Director of EXILED TONGUES, a performance collective that provides financial, artistic and collaborative support to artists of the global majority who center diasporic consciousness. Recipient of: 2023 Brooklyn Arts Fund for, "Generation of Love"; More Arts’ 2023 Engaging Artist Fellowship; 2022 NYSCA Individual Artist Grant for, "Our Bang for Their Buck: No Pipeline for LNG"; BAC’s 2022 Creative Equations Fund for “(Re)Imagining Greenpoint's Green Waters." He is a graduate of Wesleyan University with a BA in Government and Theater with Honors.
